ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to produce the person or body of petitioner's wife, namely, Sandhya wife of Palpandi aged about 25 years and his minor son named Muthuveeran son of Palpandi, aged about 4 years.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the official respondents submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the third respondent alleging that his wife and his minor son aged about four years were missing. On receipt of the compliant, the third respondent issued CSR.No.479 of 2019 and registered the case in Crime No.428 of 2019.

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.17378 of 2019 3.After conducting investigation, the respondent police found that the petitioner's wife, namely, Sandhya aged about 25 years eloped with the fourth respondent with her son, namely, Muthuveeran.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.428 of 2019 and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
