Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.624/E2/2016 dated 03.03.2016 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of law and further direct the 1st respondent to grant approval to the petitioners appointment as a Junior Assistant in the St.Johns Teacher Training Institute, Nazareth, Thoothukudi District from the date of 03.07.2013 onwards within the stipulated period which this Honble Court.

J U D G M E N T

(Judgement of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has been granted and therefore, this Writ Appeal has become infructuous.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that approval has been granted to the writ petitioner.

3. Considering the above submissions, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
