ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Crime No. 135/2011, on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the first respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.135 of 2011, under Sections 341, 323, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. Since the respondent Police has not completed the investigation, within the stipulated time, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi closed the same as 'barred by limitation' under Section 468 Cr.P.C, on 10.12.2015 itself. 3.Recording the said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. The petitioner can work out his remedy, in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
