2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent would submit that the offence is of the year 2020 and the FIR is of the year 2021. 10 witnesses had been examined so far. Further, he seeks three months time to lay the final report before the Court concerned.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the Respondent to expedite the investigation and lay the final report before the Court concerned within the reasonable period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
