This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to cancel the patta standing in the name of the fifth respondent in T.S. No. 45/3, Ward-D, Block-14, Kottai Chokkappan Chettiyar Street, Chokkalingapuram, Aruppukkottai Town, and further directing the 4th respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner's wife, S. Backialakshmi, in respect of the land measuring an extent of 26731⁄4 sq. ft. comprised in Natham Survey No. 167/1944, now in T.S.No.45/2, Ward-D, Block-14, Kottai Chokkappan Chettiyar Street, Chokkalingapuram, Aruppukkottai Town, by considering the 2/5
petitioner's representations made to respondents 1 to 4 on 16.01.2021, 28.01.2021, 15.09.2021, 04.01.2022, 25.07.2022, 11.10.2022, and 29.10.2022.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and orders were passed on 28.05.2025. A copy of the said order has also been served on the petitioner.
