ORDER
The petitioner is a retired Junior Assistant. His pension proposal was returned by the first respondent by the impugned proceedings dated 07.10.2022. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. The petitioner has also filed another writ petition before this Court in W.P.(MD)No.20573 of 2021 for a Mandamus directing to the respondents therein to disburse his retirement benefits. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court, by order dated 31.07.2024.
3. It appears that pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 20573 of 2021 dated 31.07.2024, the retirement benefits have been settled to the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed that the retirement benefits have been settled to the petitioner. 3/6
5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
