ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 3. The respondents 4 to 7 appeared before this Court through video conference mode. 2/4
2.The prayer in this petition is for directing the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petition mentioned locker to be opened by Thiru.Arul Kanagarajan and Shri.Chidambaram. The writ petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7 are siblings. They were duly identified by Shir.R.Ramasamy, learned counsel for the writ petitioner. All of them in unison affirmed that the writ petition can be allowed and that they have no objection for the same.
3.Since there is consensus among the parties, the respondent bank is directed to permit Shri.Arul Kanagarajan and Shri.Chidambaram to open the petition mentioned locker. The formalities stipulated by the bank in other respects shall be followed.
