No. 3557 of 2023 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District and consequently direct them to register the First Information Report based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.07.2023 . Side) O RDER This criminal original petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondents No.3 & 4 to comply the Order passed in Crl.M.P. No.3557 of 2023 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District and consequently direct them to register the First Information Report based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.07.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, in Crl.M.P.No.3557 of 2023, FIR is registered on 12.10.2023, in Crime No.305 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC.

3.In view of the above said submissions, the matter has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
