This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the Petitioner's life and limb based on the Petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to vacate the premises within six months.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that totally 5 CSR are pending and the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. are also initiated against the Petitioner and the Respondents 3 and 4.

4.Recording the undertaking of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The second Respondent is directed to give police protection to the Petitioner from forceful eviction by the Respondents 3 and 4. The Petitioner is directed to vacate the premises 2/4

within a period of six months from today as undertaken by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
