ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police 1/3
for the alleged offence under Sections 417, 420, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC in Crime No.12 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
3. Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner and the other persons being the employees of the financial Institution, without dispersing loans to the needy persons, created records both by fictitious names and in some cases the name and identity of the persons were correct, but actually the loan was not disbursed to them, but their identity and photos were used to create loan accounts and it is stated that all the amounts were being shared by the employees themselves and considering the huge sum which is being said to have been misappropriated and the company being cheated, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
