ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his children by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2023 and protect the petitioner and his families from the life threat given by the petitioner's brothers and mother.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that it is the issue between the brothers and on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken.

3. Let the second respondent issue summon to the petitioner as well as the third respondent. Let the above said complaint be disposed of on its own merits after finding out the ground situation, within fifteen days, from the date of appearance of the parties. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above directions and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
