Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to R.C.No.A2/34769/2010 dated 18.12.2010 and R.C.No.A1/40572/09 dated 18.01.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to include the name of the petitioner notionally in the approved list of Tahsildars of the year 1997 and order notional promotion from the year of inclusion and re-fix the pensionary benefits within a specified time frame.
