Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.AA3 / 640 / 2017 dated 14/12/2017 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue a destitute widow certificate.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.AA3 / 640 / 2017 dated 14/12/2017 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue a destitute widow certificate."

2. The learned Special Government Pleader informed that the petitioner is not entitled to get the destitute widow certificate as she owns a property measuring 12 cents and she receives pension.

3. Therefore, I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
