ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(i) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Section 4(1)(A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024, in Cr.No.512 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were found in illegal possession of 71 numbers of liquor bottles. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard both sides.

4.It is seen that the petitioner has got 5 previous cases. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by this Court on 30.09.2024. Therefore, there is no change of circumstances to entertain this petition.
