Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner was employed as Firka Surveyor. He claims that the petition mentioned arrears have not been paid to him. He has given a representation dated 07.02.2020. The respondent is directed to dispose of the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone in the merits of the matter. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
