For Respondent : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- For anticipatory bail in Crime No.12 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 420, 465, 467, 468, 167, 471 & 109 of IPC, in Crime No.12 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3. Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner is running a study center on MOU with the University and it is alleged that when a scam relating to usurping of reservation in respect of PSTM candidates was unearthed in respect of one candidate, she has bogusly claimed as if she studied from the year 2015 to 2018, however, upon verification of the records, it is found that as claimed by her from the concerned centre from Gudalur, no transaction has actually taken place, but however, in the end of the third year, she has cleared all the papers and the admission fee and the other money had been gone from the petitioner's study center, this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
