This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 3 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent and file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court concerned.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents would submit that lookout notice was issued against the husband of the Petitioner. He seeks three months time to lay the final report before the Court concerned.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second Respondent to expedite the investigation and lay the final report before the Court concerned within the reasonable period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
