Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned Look out circular issued by the 1st respondent in RC.No.C1/38196/2019 (LOC Suspect No.1949908) dated 27.12.2019 on the basis of recommendation made by the 2nd and 3rd respondent police and quash the same as illegal. ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon the earlier order of this Court dated 28.06.2024 made in WP(MD) 13949 of 2024, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Anandan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.Kottaichamy , Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:

"This miscellaneous petition is filed to extend the time for producing the sureties before the trial Court.

2.The petitioner has earlier filed the writ petition challenging the lookout circular issued against him. This Court, while quashing the look out circular issued as against the petitioner, by order dated 28.06.2024 has directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and to produce sureties with an undertaking that he would cooperate for the trial 2/4

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to financial and health issues, the petitioner could not arrange the sureties in time and therefore, prayed that time for complying with the order dated 28.06.2024 be extended. 4.In view of the above, this petition is allowed. The time for producing sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Judicial Magistrate Court concerned shall ensure the availability of the petitioner for the trial.
