Daughter namely Shangari Meenatchi D/o Saravanakumar aged about 16 years before this Hon'ble court and hand over the custody to the petitioner ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Joseph Jerry Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.RMS.Sethuraman Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st to 3rd Respondents, this Court made the following order:
[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the respondent police produced the fourth respondent before this Court. The detenue expressed her willingness to go with her parents. The fourth respondent also assured that he will not interfere with the affairs of the detenue. 2.Since the detenue wanted to go with her parents, taking into consideration the fact that the detenue is a minor, she is allowed to go with her parents. 3.Recording the same, this petition is closed. " The respondent Police is directed to produce the fourth respondent (Private respondent ) who is in judicial custody before this court on 10.01.2024.
