ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to conduct proper enquiry and dispose the writ petitioner's complaint dated 10.10.2024 within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that there existed property dispute between the writ petitioner and her sister, that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.997 of 2024 came to be registered, that on the basis of the complaint given by the counter party, another CSR No.1003 of 2024 came to be registered and that both are pending.
4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue 2/4
notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the respondent(s) in the writ petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
