ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to quash the impugned order in cngh/g/nrf;/t.2/Nfh.fl;L/m.vz;:264/24 dated 30.09.2024, from the 2nd respondent and to direct the 2nd respondent to effect electricity service connection to the property of the petitioner in Door No. 124, Poovarasampatti, Kanni Managalam, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District 2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.However, the impugned order came to be passed, rejecting the petitioner's application, seeking electricity connection on the basis of the objection raised by the third respondent.

4.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner and the 3rd respondent are brother of the same blood. Advising the third respondent to give quietus to this issue, this Court hereby direct the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith give electricity connection on the petitioner by making online 2/4

application.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
