O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to conduct the enquiry of the petitioners online complaint dated 03.10.2019 (complaint Ref.No.-CAH19093110) for missing of his original sale deed vide Doc.No.5842/1983 on the file of N0.1 Sub Registrar Office, madurai by considering the petitioners representation dated 15.11.2019 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint alleging that the original sale deed registered vide document No.5842 /1983 was missing. On receipt of the same, the second respondent issued CSR No. 115 of 2019 and it is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3. Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to produce copy of documents before the second respondent and on receipt of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD) No.24936 of 2019 same, the second respondent is directed to issue ' Non Traceable Certificate' to the petitioner if not traced within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
