ORDER

The petitioner seeks to have survey done in respect of an undivided share, which cannot be effected. Therefore, this writ petition has to necessarily be dismissed and is accordingly, dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his request as and when the property is divided by metes and bounds and his property is identifiable. No costs.
