Seeking a mandamus to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 16.07.2024, for issuing patta, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. It is the petitioner's case that he has made his representation as early as on 16.07.2024. No progress has been made in the same.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
4. Considering the aforesaid grievance, this Writ Petition is allowed, issuing a mandamus to the second respondent to consider and
pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2024 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
