This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent Police not to harass the Petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that current paper was enquired by the second Respondent Police and the same was closed after conducting enquiry.

3. It is now made clear that the complaint has been closed. Hence, the second Respondent shall not summon the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
