ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute on the basis of Petitioner's representation, dated 07.11.2022.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the basis of complaint given by one Palaniyandi in C.No.G2/18644/1785/2022, enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police. During the enquiry, it was found that there was a civil dispute between the parties and they undertook to work out their remedy before the civil Court. On that basis, the said complaint was closed.
