The petitioner filed D.V.C.No.2 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti. It was disposed of on 28.02.2023. Aggrieved by the same, the husband filed Crl.A.No.44 of 2023. It was disposed of on 27.08.2024. To implement the DVC order, the petitioner has filed 1/4

Cr.M.P.No.8693 of 2023. The petitioner wants the same to be speedily disposed of.

2.The Court below shall grant a short breathing time to the husband to obtain an order of interim stay in civil revision petition that may be filed against the order of the appellate Court. If within the time stipulated by the Court below, the husband is not able to obtain any interim order in his favour, the order dated 28.02.2023 made in D.V.C.No.2 of 2018 shall be implemented without any further delay.
