The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate to complete the trial in C.C.No.129 of 2014, pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Ramanathapuram.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second accused in this case had filed a petition for quashing in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2841 of 2015 and the same was quashed by this Court on 16.10.2019. He would further submit that the case now stands posted for trial in respect of A1 on 02.01.2020. He would further submit that there are 7 witnesses in this case. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that A-1 has not filed any quash petition and thereby https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18241 of 2019 would seek for a direction.

4.In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Ramanathapuram to complete the trial in C.C.No.129 of 2014 and pass orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
