O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the first information report in Crime No.1008/2020 registered under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC r/w 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act 2003.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that since there was no interim order, the investigation has been conducted and chargesheet has been filed through e-filing No.24392/2020.

3. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
