ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The writ petitioner joined the respondent corporation as Driver in the year 1997. He retired from service on 31.01.2018. His terminal benefits were disbursed only on 02.11.2018. On such belated disbursement, the petitioner is entitled to 6%.
3. Therefore, the respondent is directed to pay interest to the writ petitioner at the rate of 6% per annum for the delay period from 31.01.2018 to 02.11.2018. This amount shall be paid within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
