Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose the Original Application filed by the Petitioner in O.A.21/2014 along with the Original Application filed by the 4th respondent in O.A.No.12/2015 pending before the 1st respondent within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with. 2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner files this writ petition for issuance of a direction, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose the Original Application filed by the Petitioner in O.A.21/2014 along https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the Original Application filed by the 4th respondent in O.A.No.12/2015 pending before the 1st respondent within a time frame.

4.The petitioner and the fourth respondent herein have filed O.A.Nos.21/2014 and 12/2015, on the file of the 1st respondent for framing a scheme and the same are pending for the past 5 years without any disposal. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

5.Considering the limited prayer, a direction is given to the first respondent to dispose of O.A.Nos.21/2014 and 12/2015, pending on his file, within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
