J U D G M E N T
[Judgment of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 22.06.2015, passed in W.P.(MD) No.4178 of 2014, directing the second respondent - Sub Registrar to register the settlement deed, dated 04.02.2014 presented by the first respondent for registration, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the appellant, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the orders passed in the writ petition, the settlement deed dated 04.02.2014 presented by the first respondent for registration has been registered, thereby nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal. However, the appellant is taking steps to recover the temple properties, since
according to the appellant, the subject land is only a service inam land and the Temple Authorities are having rights to protect the interest of the Temple over its properties, in accordance with law.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ appeal is closed with liberty to the appellant to proceed further with the matter in accordance with law.
