ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to secure the detenu, namely, Siva S/o.Chinnasamy aged about 35 years and produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that after receipt of the complaint, the respondent police issued CSR.No.513 of 2019. Thereafter, it was found that the petitioner's husband eloped with another lady, but, their whereabouts are not known.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to register the case and complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
