ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation in connection with Crime No.175 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.175 of 2024 on 30.08.2024 for the offences under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 329(4), 115(2), 351(3) and 49 BNS.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have examined 5 witnesses and investigation is pending and seeks three months time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.175 of 2024 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
