PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.12 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 406, 420, 465 and 468 of IPC, in Crime No.12 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. Considering the nature of the allegations in this case that the de-facto complainant is a greedy person who thought that he will give money to two individual persons and get job in the District Court and the petitioner along with the other accused have said to encashed that greed by conducting as if it is a mock interview, etc., and giving a fake appointment order copy, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
