ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and also not to threaten them to foist false cases.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein before the District Crime Branch, Madurai, summon was issued to the petitioner. But without responding to the above said summon, this petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent would submit that the fourth respondent filed W.P(MD) No.23482 of 2023 before this Court, seeking direction to the third respondent to take up the petition 2/4

enquiry on his complaint. At that time, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, First Information Report is going to be registered against this petitioner. On that ground, the above said petition was disposed of by the order dated 27.09.2023.

4. Let the petitioner appear before the respondents in pursuant to the summon issued him and co-operate with him to complete the process of investigation or enquiry as the case may be. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceeding.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
