PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to allow any shop in the Tirunelveli Government Hospital's premises without following Rules and Regulations and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to open the backside gate of the Tirunelveli Government Hospital for 24/7 hours based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2024.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The grievance of the petitioner in this public interest litigation is that the shops inside the premises of the Tirunelveli Government Hospital has been illegally permitted.
2. The Dean of Tirunelveli Government Hospital has filed a counter affidavit stating that all the shops inside the hospital premises have been allotted, after calling for tender and the procedure 2/4
contemplated for such allotment has been scrupulously followed. As such, the public interest litigation itself seems to have been made without verification of proper facts and hence, does not deserve any further consideration.
