same and consequently direct the respondents to consider the tender submitted by the petitioner along with the other eligible tenders before issuing any confirmation and work order to 3rd respondent. 2. Learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that there is no order of restrain passed by this Court and pursuant to the work order, the third respondent has completed the work satisfactorily as early as on 10.04.2025.
3. In light of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. 2/4
