PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14.10.2019 made in I.A.No. 2 of 2019 in A.S.No.67 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Valliyoor.

For Petitioners :Mr.J.C.Rathnavel Pandian For R1 to R6 :No Appearance *****

ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioners made a submission before this Court that a wrong submission was made before this Court with regard to USR number pursuant to the earlier order, dated 31.07.2024. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners has deliberately furnished a wrong USR number, ie., USR No.16787 of 2024 with regard to the payment of batta and he now submitted that batta has not been paid. The attitude of the learned Counsel for the petitioners in making wrong submission before this Court would not only show the non compliance of the earlier order of this Court, but also making a deliberate and wilful statement of falsehood 3.As the appeal suit is of the year 2017, after the admission, the Revision Petitioner has not taken any steps to serve notice on the respondents. This would only show that the Revision Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting

the Revision Petition and for the above reasons, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
