PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the leave for further period of two months from 17.10.2024 as order by this Court in W.P(MD) No.21353 of 2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.10.2024 in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court. The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking direction to extend the leave for further period of two months from 17.10.2024 as order by this Court in W.P(MD) No.21353 of 2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.10.2024

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had forwarded a copy of the proceedings dated 03.10.2024 passed by the fourth respondent , in No. 15248/jF.2/2024 and by way of that proceedings the representation of the petitioner had been rejected. 2/5

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
