ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The decision as to whether there should be a graduation day/convocation function is not within the domain of this Court. It is for the college authorities to decide on the question of conduct of such function. Neither the petitioner nor this Court can compel the authorities to conduct a graduation day function. 2.

In such a view of the matter, the Writ Petition fails and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
