[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] After the petition was heard for sometime, counsel sought leave to withdraw the petition to enable petitioner to approach the Honourable Apex Court under Section 67 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

3. We have expressed no opinion on the merits of the matter.

4. Counsel for petitioner makes an oral request to return the certified copy of the impugned order dated 29.07.2024 and undertakes to substitute the

same with a photocopy certified as "True Copy" by the Advocate on record.

5. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order upon the petitioner filing a photocopy of the impugned order endorsed by the Advocate on record as "True Copy".

6. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application stands dismissed.
