ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the entire records in relating to impugned FIR in Crime No.145 of 2022 on the 1st respondent police and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy by way of e-filing in No.C202500826 on 30.11.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
