ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i), 406, 420 of IPC, in Crime No.405 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

This petition has been filed on the ground that the petitioner has sent a legal notice on 15.11.2022 to the defacto complainant, stating that the above said transaction took place between the defacto complainant and one Sakthivel, who is stated to be one of the political functionary. In the above said transaction, this petitioner is not involved at all. According to him, the above said Sakthivel has issued blank cheque in favour of the defacto complainant for Rs.3,50,000/-.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the earlier applications of the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail, have been dismissed by this Court, considering the grievous nature of offence that has been committed by the petitioner. There is no change in circumstances.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. I find no reason to entertain this petition.
