When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated that the writ petitioner / respondent was selected as a Teacher in Nehruji Memorial Municipal Higher Secondary School, Dindigul, in the subsequent selection in the year 2015 itself, through the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.13120/W3/E1/2014 dated 13.10.2015, which has also been produced before this Court and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal.
