Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings impugned communication letter dated 10.11.2016 Na.Ka.Aa1/3594/2016 on the file of 1st Respondent and quash the same.

This Writ Appeal is directed as against the order, dated 09.12.2016 passed in W.P(MD)No.23848 of 2016. 2.Originally, the said Writ Petition was filed against the notice issued to the appellant / writ petitioner to appear for an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.A(MD)No.98 of 2017 enquiry in respect of patta proceedings before the first respondent. The enquiry was scheduled on 24.11.2016. 3.The learned Single Judge, by order dated 09.12.2016, dismissed the Writ Petition as not maintainable as against the issuance of notice and also considering the fact that the appellant / writ petitioner himself had participated in the enquiry and given his objections. Aggrieved by the abovesaid order, the appellant / writ petitioner has preferred the present Writ Appeal.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Mahendran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer had passed an order, after enquiry, on 18.10.2019 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Appeal and the same has become infructuous. 5.Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
