This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.46 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent No.2 Police Station within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The report has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur, stating that Final Report has been filed and also taken cognizance in C.C.No.74 of 2023 and now it is posted for appearance of the accused on 31.03.2023.

3. With the above said development, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
