PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Respondents No.2 & 3 not to interfere into the civil dispute the pending before Sub-Court, Aranthangi in O.S. No.80 of 2021 . For Petitioner :Mr.R.Paranjothi For Respondent :Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar Government Advocate (Crl. Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents No.2 & 3 not to interfere into the civil dispute pending before SubCourt, Aranthangi in O.S. No.80 of 2021 . 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by this petitioner against one Sakthivel was forwarded to Taluk Level Grievance Committee on 20.09.2023 and pending before the concerned authority. So far as complaint given by the fourth respondent herein it has been stated that after enquiry it was found that the said complaint is not true. If it so, the above said complaint may be closed. Nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. 2/4
