O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, Kanyakumari District to award adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of her representation dated 09.08.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in Current Paper No.1260/SPC(N)/P2/2019 and during the enquiry the third respondent had given an undertaking that he will not not interfere in any manner in the life of the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the third respondent has also filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court that he will not disturb the petitioner in any manner.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission of the counsels and taking note of the undertaking, this criminal original petition is closed.
