O R D E R

Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Contemnor submitted that the Order passed by this Court is complied with and the respondent has passed an order, dated 01.02.2024 granting pensionary benefits.

2. However, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the respondent has passed an Order only on 01.02.2024 and he has not received any monetary benefits.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is convinced that there is no contempt and monetary benefits will be disbursed in due course. In case, if the petitioner did not receive any monetary benefits, within a period of Six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen this Contempt Petition.
